I think there's some truth in losing a sense of empathy towards a white woman's perspective. If you're a PoC (especially a man) you're constantly bombarded and told to feel bad for this figure when in many cases, their plight is actively hostile against you and your self interest (by this I mean in movies, news reports, literature, etc). One becomes numb to it all as a means to protect oneself. That being said, Nick is also a straight up socio path who simply stumbled on something here (a broken clock is right twice a day after all)

one thing with living with a women is you'll never win arguments just let them be and this is why guys can never express them self or show their emotions to women. So yah i don't know what melena is talking about if he felt sad during the killing scene let him be sad either about that guys brother crying or the death part. As at least he felt something she just said are you crying out loud.
