I was just wondering, why are there so few (almost never) magicka builds in the battle videos? Are we in that bad of a spot when it comes to pvp?

Ping is a huge factor as well, if u use a shield and takes 3 or 4 seconds to work, or 3 sec to the game let u break free from ccs, gets rooted 1/3 of ur own sorc streaks and cant move for 3 seconds...
