it means when you're looking at the video, if the person in the video is lifting their right arm and its mirrored you lift your own right arm. so if it wasn't mirrored, the person in video lifts their right arm, you have to lift your left arm
at the end of all your tutorials can you dance to the whole thing again please its the only way i can remember everything
