Many reviews miss out of few indian condition related points 1) Since the person who buys this will be driving a lot on highways/country side roads, how quick acceleration is while overtaking from opposit lane? is it delayed? responsive? Will you feel comfortable in overtaking 12 wheeler trailer truck in night within few seconds of window? 2) how front, back and third seats feel the suspension on bumpy roads? 3) bumper to bumper climbing on a slope. how comfortable is it? Does the car pulls back when you start on a slope? overtaking on climbing slope in ghatts, how will it be? 4) How is the ac in maintaining cool temparature in super hot summer? 5) how good is turning radius?
The problem is that Toyota has to import the hybrid powertrain components, which is contributing to the delays currently. But they are setting up the component manufacturing facilities near their plant in Bidadi - so things should improve soon

There is no proper hybrid car in the Indian market. Still selling petrols in 2024, diesels are phased out by most companies and EV vehicles are not usable in India at the moment. So almost any new car buyer is losing hard earned money. None of the cars are value for money. Only junk cars are being sold in India at a very high price!
Question: if I buy Innova Hycross non hybrid version can I upgrade the tyres to 18 or 19 inches as the they are giving 16 inch wheels by default which looks very ugly and looks like elephant is sitting on the nano car. Will it have any impact on performance or mileage of the vehicle???????
looks bad compared to Crysta. Signature Innova design missing on the outside. Also the interiors look very inferior. The design team must have had a tough job figuring out what design segments to steal from other popular car models. Nobody seems to care as they too stole the design from other cars. I think AI will soon take the jobs of these designers. All you gotta do is mix-match the features from best-selling cars to make a new car that is generally accepted and liked by the masses. Crazy times!

The compressor runs off the lithium-ion battery. The engine will kick in from time to time to keep the battery charged
