NVIDIA Shields are made in China (so being on sale and possible Tariff price increase is a good option). Maybe they will drop production.

I highly doubt just Nvidia dropping the price by $ 20 means that a new model is coming or they are getting out of the streaming player business. Now, if they dropped the price by nearly half, then we’re talking about something.

That dvr is only for atsc 1.0.

I think I would pass on any Nvidia shield at this point. Its 10 years old now. Came out on 2015 and the Nintendo switch came out 2017 that uses the same chip. A new Nintendo switch Nintendo switch 2 is coming out this year before summer so I would say there will be a new Nvidia shield with the same chip around Christmas. But also remember the Nvidia shield has advertising on the home screen now. So since it has ads they should lower the price. $200 is too much probably 120 or 100 is probably the price it needs to be at with ads.

I would like to know why you did not include the Apple TV in your display behind you in the video. The Apple TV is one of the top streaming devices on the market, and does not get the respect it deserves. Honestly, I get tired of always hearing about the Roku players all the time. I would appreciate it if you would feature the Apple TV more often, as it deserves just as much attention as any other streaming device.

Shield didn't upgrade for long while , think gonna come up with NEW model like most of them did in pass year or gonna this year coming, I got Email from Netflix gonna be $25 in march for me, well things & contents getting expensive they don't have no choice, everyone did, i love Netflix having it since 90s, pops new contents every few days none of them can even fart of Netflix, BET+ & Starz bundle😂😂😂😂, i don't pay f*n penny for those shyts!

WARNING TO SAMSUNG OWNERS: The Tablo 4th Gen DVR has MAJOR connection issues with Samsung products especially tablets. I know first hand! Tablo has been fully aware of these issues since its release 18 months ago and has not fixed them nor do they know if they will be able to fix them. I've heard the same complaints about Lenovo tablets. Maybe that is why Tablo's gets a rating of about 2.3 stars. You have been warned!
