But the HCL is in excess...so why do we use burette to measure. Why can't we use measuring cylinder?
As the acid is very concentrated and you are adding it throughout the experiment (if conc safer in burette)
Aren’t we supposed to change the 62’C to Kelvin in 1(g) 15:50
The 62C is the change in temperature (final-intial temp) if you change both final and initial temp from C to K and subtract you'll still get 62
15:39 where is the 0.050 from?
the mole of cao used look in step one ....the same mole is used for experiment two
@@Leo.tae17 but mole ratio of CaO to HCl is 1:2? so shouldnt it be 0.05 x 2 = 0.1mol? I might be wrong
Hello for chemistry p5 or in general is it as strict as physics for number of sf or can leave final answer to 4-5 sf?
@@richierichard7 they may mark u for such answers but it is prefered to use 3sf
