Thank you. It’s my mother; a psychiatrist has diagnosed her as a sociopath and narcissist. She was killing me; I had to go to hospital. It's death by 1000 paper cuts!! I had to release her recently or give up my life; I chose myself; I chose life over this toxicity! However, I’m struggling with terrible guilt. She uses my deep love for her and empathy against me; please pray for me; I need strength and courage to completely and forever walk away. Please and thank you 🙏❤️🩹
Once you break away from her you will continually feel better and elevate in life bc your energy will be your own again ❤ stay strong, you have nothing to feel guilty for! You deserve happiness & freedom!
Many others are going through similar. Too many. Support groups everywhere for this specific heart wrenching situation. One would think knowing that would offer a feeling of support... Ok yes since mother's will indeed play pull and make demands it so yeah it's imperative to have a support group. I guess I'm shocked so so so many others have suffered with mothers like this! This is a real pandemic! One can't be born like that actually, it comes from a specific type of abuse. I just want to scream to stop abusing our children! Especially female children! They grow up to be hurt mothers who hurt their children ... Particularly their female children! Oh my God there is so many extreme cases it's absolutely shocking and disheartening! Is anyone else noticing this??
And again I'm so sorry for what you have suffered with. They say the only way is estrangement. That is estrangement if YOU actually care and love them. It took me by horrible surprise until it was explained why. Now I get it. Except it's extremely hard to get these mothers diagnosed. Most refuse to step foot anywhere near any psychiatric help (other than the obvious pattern of pushing everyone else around them into therapy and psychiatric drugs. But NEVER themselves) . I was told the only way to get most of these mothers help is only if they get caught red handed poisoning (which is text book for this specific mental disease) and most can't be proven. I can't imagine what must have happened that your mother was able to be diagnosed! I hope no one else was injured or worse in your family.... and I'm glad you're still here with us to be able to express your situation! I'll pray for us and the world currently and find the support groups to keep you grounded on your decision to choose you! Please message me, if like to hear your story
