@@marktgsxr it looks like a particularly soupy bit of test lake, I think the average river bank will probably be easier. Spose if you get too much lift from bigger rubber you could mess around with ballast or water filling them but you've gone to so much trouble to make this light it would be a bit of a shame.
Yeh its a bit of a balancing act! Going to to be alot of experimenting to get it working better! We did have a pretty epic afternoon with it in the summer tho... ill post the video up soon!

Yeh im thinking maybe some ag 31x15x15 with some nice deep cleats... just might lift the prop out of the water from the extra bouyancy...
