I am personally not a fan of Tanish bullions, in my experience they have been very expensive. Generally we buy gold coins for investment purposes so any 999 would do but if I am being sceptical about purity I would choose MMTC Pamp anyday over any other brand.

They charge additional price as making charge. Whereas there aren't any making or labour charges for 999 coin.
There is a making charge on all 999 coins. Without charging that “charge” how does a company make their products?

These cost includes branding, Hallmarking for purity and assay report.

Finally Tanishq review. My favourite for jewellery but coins have always been Mmtc Pamp. Waiting to see part two as we all find Tanishq coin expensive. Jewellery wise Tanishq knows my style. But I love that Mia lotus silver coin🤩. Want it in my collection.

Have you purchased gold from PCJ or Malabar jewellers? I found their prices for 24K gold to be a little lower than Tanishq and MMTC. Is this possible?

Agar meh 24kt gold coin and convert to 22carat is it calculate 1.20gm gold coin and price equal to 22kt price×1.20
24÷22X weight that way you can convert from 24 carat to 22 carat, good luck

Only if you want to sell it back to the brand or exchange it, usually even then it doesn’t matter.

i have 5gm silver coin, if price of silver per gram is 60.00 so how much I will get if I am selling it? I purchased at 400. At that time price spot was 57.70 so my price per gram was 82.50 so I paid 38.70% premium. I think it is too much. So how much discount jewellery give while we sell?
Also, I purchased one rupee india coin victoria queen antique coin for 850. Jeweller saud it's one tola that's 11.67 gms so i paid 72.85 rs/gm which is less premium compared to new coin.
Also I have no receipt, not gst invoice for same. He didn't give.
What if I go for 100gm and more because I am seeing premiums on websites coming down as denominations increasing. What you would suggest?
Resale value totally depends on the person buying it from you, if someone offers 90% of the silver price then you will get around Rs. 250 for your coin, if someone offers full price and say price is 60 right now so you'll get Rs. 300. The one rupee coin you bought is not 999 pure, it could be 917 or lower so it's hard to give valuation on old currency coins.
I always suggest 100+ gram coins/bars if someone is serious with investing, but in irrespective of denomination one has to hold for long term or sell if price goes up in short term.
