    Hey!
    So basically, the is a Bluetooth air pressure gauge, inflator, and deflator all in one. It is a really cool idea and I’m really excited to try it out!
    In this video I set it up for my truck and demo it for you. I’m going to be putting it to the test on the trails soon but I couldn’t wait to show y’all it. At the time of recording this, I can’t find anything else online about this other than Arb’s own advertisement and short clip. I was lucky enough to get the product now. At the time of ordering (early December 2020) almost no retailers seem to have had them listed for sale or they were not yet stocked. I imagine these will be rolling out in mass soon though.
    PS: ARB has a Bluetooth bypass built into this. So if Bluetooth doesn't work you can still use the air compressor! I'll explore this more in a later trail video.

    How did you ground it? I'm building a portable system as well and that's the only thing I haven't figured out yet.

    Why did the compressor cycle while filling?

    Thanks for the review. This is great. Question, does the exhaust port unscrew? Don't want the air to exhaust into my vehicle, looking to add a tube to exhaust outside the vehicle when deflating.

      @xr1776  3 роки тому

      Yes! It does but it is incredibly small and the exhaust port does have a filter of sorts but I'm not confident that it will keep outside debris from entering it when not in use.

    How long did it take to deflate from 33 to 20?

      Soo this will heavily depend on your tire size but in the 28ish inch jeep tires like ... 1min if that.
      I'm waiting for some time off work to finish up a new testing video

    Curious, does the valve hold the line pressure after the unit is turned off? Was considering this for an air suspension system connected directly, would be great if you could inflate the bags and they stay lifted after the unit is off, but if it releases the pressure that wouldn't work..

      I just installed one. From preliminary testing, it seems that unless the release solenoid is powered, it won't let out air, therefore off = no problem (assuming no leakage loss in your air system)

      @@chrisjohnsonphotography163 Thanks Chris, I emailed ARB, and of course all the did was recommend the much more expensive Linx system. Think I'll give this a try.

    Where did you find the air port adapters? The manual indicates 1/8 BSP

    • @chrisjohnsonphotography163
      @chrisjohnsonphotography163 3 роки тому

      They're annoying! You pretty much have to lock yourself into the arb parts on that one. They're the only ones I could find with a 1/8" to JIC-4 37*

      Ahh, soo yes get the ARB ones ahah
      But I actually picked those up late one night at homedepot. There were part of an air Guage kit with several adapters. I think it was like $8 for the kit.
