The Morgan chick was probably "closed off" because of all the
Housewives" production & cameras filming her in a "scene" for a reality show.
I mean, imagine being in that bizarre moment...
From an entirely different world where you probably never watch Bravo fare, and suddenly you're advancing your career on one of their housewife shows.
It would no doubt be a hilarious head trip to reflect on.
Not particularly a Kyle fan, but that's how it struck me.
My take on the "relationship" aspect of it is that Kyle is destroyed by the press having truly caught up on the years of Mauricio dalliances and the way that majorly impacts their *public* life.
But... because she is now thrown even more dramatically into a mid life crisis; whatever "bi" tendencies she had, decided to come out.
I don't think she's gay whatsoever, but that she chose a girl with serious butch energy, says a lot...
Of course Kyle would never be seen with a masculine, studly type butch, but bc she's straight, she's attracted to the masculine energy thing, and Morgan definitely has a dollop of it.
Apparently just enough.
I'm sure Morgan knows/knew it would be a momentary thing.
An older, out of context woman to have a thing with, and get some major promotion at same time.
Same for Kyle; it only stands to benefit her.
It seems like she's using it in a dash effort to get Mauricio's attention in a safe way.

I get what Allison says about the hug. I appreciate that Morgan isn't quick to hug or do the fake "kiss kiss hug hug" thing a lot of people do, especially on the show. I prefer the cautious or uncomfortable hug because maybe that will turn into something more comfortable and genuine for her.

Well, to be fair, Kyle hates her as well...but then Kyle hates most people.
except when kyle uses kim on this week's episode when she shows up to sutton's party with kim. you know she only invited kim so she can try to throw it in sutton's face and say look sutton i'm still close with my sisters because on last week's episode sutton made the comment about kyle already losing 2 sisters now she'll lose a third. sutton didn't fall for kyle bringing kim to her party she saw right through it. other than this party when has kyle invited kim to anything on rhobh. it's so obvious and desperate i don't know who kyle thinks she is fooling. imo

Like many relationships, it does seem that the relationship between Kim & her sisters, specifically Kyle, could be transactional. That may not be accurate. It just appears that way sometimes.

Allison is on point. Kyle hasn't evolved since season 1. She's still playing the victim & whining about how she's being crossed by others. Allison, you are on point. I said the same thing about Kyle. Her skin looks dried up like a prune & the natural light reveals it more.

Also, she's still calling her security guard Faye Resnick.
David, Teresa addressed that on her podcast when questioned about her relationship with Jenn Aydin. She said they're not friends for the cameras like others. Kim sounds like Teresa with Joey that they only talked or got together on camera. Allison, you're correct it's staged 💯. Even the scene with Kim on the hilltop seemed staged bc Dorit looked uncomfortable like she was thrust into filming. It was very disingenuous on Kyle's part especially the scene with her daughters at the table. Sophia's facial expression told copious amounts in those few seconds. David, there aren't many group scenes and when they're together Kyle seems deranged & fake.
Allison needs to join you again David bc she's giving facts.
