I recommend you to like, take 2 or 4 seconds before clicking the "for sale" sign again, since if you like do it without breaks, it will say "invalid home", and after clicking the for sale sign, click new apartment again. Then do it all over and over again!

Here is how to do this glitch if the video was confusing for you: 1) Go to the top floor of the apartment and spawn in a room 2) Buy any item you want (preferably fireplaces) and place them down 3) Go to a house for sale sign 4) Reset your character, wait 5 seconds and spawn in your house (6 may work better) 5) If the menu that shows your houses disappears, and the house app says "none" that means you have done this glitch right! 6) Go to the apartment and insert a new apartment 7) It should duplicate the items you put in the apartment, so keep pressing claim and it would duplicate a lot of your items 8) Sell your items in your inventory for profit! 9) Enjoy! I was confused before this was uploaded cuz I bulldozed my Antine Villa to make a new house but I kept getting my items back and I kept selling them and got money but sadly my account got hacked for some reason. I dont know did it but I have a new account and enjoying my life in rocitizens
@@rybrei8409 If you reset your character too many times, it won't let you interact with things. Just reload the game and do the glitch again till it works.
Didnt work when I got the money I tried to buy a House and it said Im short 22,748 more And when I leave the game the money disappear so waste of my money

This didnt work for me. Whenever i went to the apartments the sign went away right as i clicked claim new home
whenever I reset; clicking the for sale sign or well anything that you can interact with isn't interactable anymore
