I recently tried the newest business class in the A350NEXT and it was truly fantastic too. Also the premium economy, comfy seat, nice catering and friendly crew!
We had a very good experience on Iberia business from Miami to Madrid return recently, for all the bad rap it gets, we were very pleased with the service, and clean Airbus 350.
I've had people with good educational skills speaking Spanish to the crew. Spanish is extremely important but people with no skills unfortunately only stick to English at best
I aim to know the basics of the language of the Country I‘m visiting out of respect. And I’m able to greet and thank people in Spanish and I did so during the flight. I had French in school which is very common in Austria. But this is an international airline we are talking about and this flight was going to New York. I think it’s fair to expect the same level of service no matter the language skills on an international flight.
Muss sagen, ich hatte gemischte Gefühle auf meinen Flügen nach Bogota und von Lima. Crew am ersten Flug sehr genervt und lange Wartezeiten - Der alte Sitz gefällt mir besser als der Neue 😄
