- It was always going to be hard to match the chaos of Barber, but the Sonsio Grand Prix at Indianapolis kicked off the month of May in style, even if a lot of that was down to Honda and the Ferrucci V Grosjean prime time matchup... Anyway here are my thoughts on the entire weekend!

3:33 - Yup water tower. That's a very common shape for our suburban and rural water towers but that one is particularly huge.
Will, I don't know if you've been to Indy, but it's billiard flat. So they have to pump the water up high in towers to get pressure.

@@KevinQuinn81 pressure is function of the column hight. The width doesn't matter. That is one big ass tank though. It is bigger than it looks on screen. Dominates Speedway IN by the track.

Keep Luca Ghiotto in IndyCar thought he was going to be a nobody his 2 appearances in 2024 have gave us the best races so far

Grosjean always finds himself in situations where someone clashes with him. I honestly feel bad.

Since he’s been labeled a troublemaker, the rest of the drivers know they can bully him and the media will blame Grosjean. You could see Santino was absolutely trying to raise his stock (and get his name put into articles) by picking a fight with Grosjean. People can push him off track and there’s no investigation. Grosjean holds his line and the commentators are tsk, tsking on the broadcast.
So, Herta was actually hit by Ericsson. I suppose someone had to be eventually.

During the pandemic, the 2nd Indy GP was a cheap way of padding the schedule (since half the teams have a race shop in the area).

I'm sorry only that you didn't get to see the full footage of Herta stopping on Hulman blvd out of gas, walking through the fence opening, into a parking lot, only for Conor Daly to be driving by in a golf cart and give Colton a ride back to the garage/pit area. There's only 2 races at indy this year, the second road course race was given to Milwaukee
How Ferruci manages to find sponsors is beyond me, he is such a w@nker. The Indy GP is usually not my favourite race but it was actually a good one this year. Palou is a beast, Power still has it and Lundgaard is dragging that RLL car further up the grid than it should be.

Love these comedy reviews. Suprised you didn't cover ferucci getting knocked out of the race for some sort of engine trouble. Also didn't know what the issue with Veekay was, he had to do an extra pit which made him drop like a rock.

Depends on where in Europe you are but Sky, Viaplay and Canal+ seem to be the main broadcasters with Indycar Live as another option in quite a few countries too.
No idea about Nascar though.
It's called vpn and free streaming sites.
Also, make sure you have adblock and a decent anti-virus for your phone/pc
Indycar's website has a "How to Watch" section that includes international broadcasters. But at the very least, the official channel posts 30 minute highlights videos about 12 hours after the race. Nascar also posts highlights on their channel, they were 14 minutes for the latest race.
