@@bacongaming6094 well 1 and 2 are no more so... 5 platforms, numbered 3 to 7 😄 then you have Cardiff Central - 8 platforms, numbered 0 to 4 and 6 to 8 😝 no more 5, then 0 opened, then 8 opened. obviously.
Where did you go on the station to record these? I used to use Leeds station regularly, and the announcements are often difficult to hear due to the echo and background noise. The best place to hear announcements is probably in the toilets or in one of the waiting rooms, as there is much less echo.
"Poppleton via Harrogate"? No, just say it how it is, "York via Harrogate". Why add "via" if you're not going to tell anyone where your train is actually going?
@@RWL2012 yes I know but every cancellation that occurs on the day is a short-notice change to the timetable. It’s just saying what has happened, not why
ahh, the "big city, one station" station. Platform numbers are crazy!
Yes like Shrewsbury😂

Train platforms make no sense 😂
Right?! Yesterday, we got off our train at platform 0b. Zero was weird enough, but zero B was totally new to me 🤣
A most interesting variety of routes and train operators. Leeds is clearly an important interchange station.

Most in the concourse area next to platform 8 and the ticket barriers
When are you going to be making more station announcments at Harrogate
Can you do lowmoor station announcements
Can you do chelmsford

Because there is a far quicker service to York
I agree, they should just say in the announcement that there is a more direct service
aw was hoping to here the 1712 service to Manchester Victoria, not the dreaded word "Moston" though

Still don't have unpatched Platform Zero pieces then.
Sadly not
@@tomsrailannouncements what even is platform zero
Its a platform that is identified by the number 0

Yeah, we got off at zero B yesterday

“A short-notice change to the timetable”. The most pathetic excuse ever!
I think it means to the working timetable, in which case it would be like on the same day.
