Honn from Hongkong is some what similar to my style of play . I myself use Beni , Leona , choi and kensou , playing a very extreme careful and patient game. I use K dash in addtional as well to my team for rotation. Once in a while Kasumi. I also respect M dash style of play , he is a very careful and observant player who doesn't take unnecessary risks, very calculative of his opponent's movement and himself as well. Great defense and judgement and good reads of the opponent. He is also a master escape artist abusing the AB ROLL wisely which is something that is important to use in high level play in this game as you don't want yourself to get pressured and cornered by the enemy. AB is important in this game for escape and safety and zoning and also for punishment small little loopholes in your opponent's attacks. Because the game is fast and have lots of short hops, it is really very difficult to aim for an anti air on the time , which is way AB in this game is to escape tight situations in which you cannot really anti air in time. AB( forward or backward) , tapping back and jumping back is really very important in this game in high level play to maintain a solid standard and the art of zoning.
Extreme stink and waiting and running away and baiting and mindgames at the highest level I have EVER SEEN. extreme high level play at its finest. Happy that the Japanese won at the end , although it is a very intense little margin of victory. I feel that the mental strength of the players are unreal. Just by looking and observing , I can tell who is really playing all out to get a win no matter how ugly it is.
