Steady trade for British Blue cattle at Carlisle

Brennand Panther, a 26-month-old bull attracted the lead price of 18,000gns for Jeff and Margaret Walker, at a pedigree British Blue sale at Carlisle, where heifers proved particularly popular.
Second in his class at the pre-sale judged by Ian Wainwright, Cupar, this March 2020-born entry by Cromwell Fendt, is out of Brennand Mandy, a Tweeddale Ebony daughter. Panther sold to Philip Halhead of Norbreck Genetics, Cockerham, Lancashire.
