Yes the nail tips do affect the design. I ran out of my regular tips and bought some different ones and I could not get them to look right. I took that set off and redid them and they still looked horrible. I was in tears bc I couldn’t figure out why 2 different sets weren’t working out. The next set I used some old tips I had and they looked great. It was definitely the new tips I bought.
I love these!! The nail tip shape, the ombre, the glitter, the flowers.... all of it! Also the thumb looks great, the pink polygel worked since it was a pink/ orange nail.
This is a very pretty nail set. I love how each colour changes the look of the glitter poly gel. I wasn’t sure with the thumb nail but the poly gel you used on the other nails made these look great. Can’t wait for your next video.

For the thumb I would have suggested yellow 💛 and orange 🧡.

love this!!! Sooo cute. You're making me want to do this to my nails. But I could never wear my nails quite that long. And I see you used the makartt clear. So... I recently did a side by side testing of the clearest polygel. I just wanted to say that you should give modelones clear a try. I hated the consistency right after opening it, but idk after I got past the first inch or two of the tube it got way easier to use. And, compared to five other clear acrygels(saviland(clear but slightly yellow), makartt(slight yellowing), beetles(better than makartt but a little bubbly), coscelia(yuck), and Aubss(not bad, slightly bubbly), modelones was, IS, the clearest I've ever used. It is clearer than IBD builder gel. Idk, just throwing that out there. I wish I could figure out how to do videos like these. They look like fun to make but a lot of work. Well, I've enjoyed your art and the stories. Keep up the fun.
If you havent tried igel you should, I've bought over 30 of their polygels, I loooove them. They also have 60-70% off sales most of the time, so the polygels are only about $5-6 per 30ml bottle!

Ive had a lot of practice with wearing long nails! so I can do most thing easily, but there's just some things that are a bit more challenging, like opening cat food cans lol.
