I mean depending on how powerful it is there’s the possibility and even a clan with a kekkai genkai that allows a clan to do that provided they can get some of their chakra in the targets blood, usually by using some of their own. But given Naruto is a no killing character I doubt the author would go that way unless they want to be edgy.
