Fantastic installation, Paul. Love you doing some interesting DYI projects and glad you include Ellie as well. I, too, love inserting the word "swimmingly" in a sentence when describing my work on a project. You're so inspirational in all your videos. Great job, Paul.
I thought what a good idea cut the heat and gain the power ..I liked your tracker cctv camera .What a great idea would make people think they were being watched and tracked put a lot of unwanted off..Great video's cheers..
I thought it was for lift, just tilt that last one to get take off. Uni-strut rules. Do the holes whistle at speed? Have you considered making some protection for the panels, one hailstorm away from disaster. Or are these more rugged than most?
There’s no whistling at speed. The bus drives perfect and I can’t even feel a difference before and after the roof rack. Also, I’ve been living solely off of solar for 7 years. Never experienced damage to a panel. No need for protection.

How’s the drag on the highway?
It not noticeable at all. Feels like it did without it.

@@PaulBarger good to hear, I was just reading about the damage to a solar farm in Africa, sucks big time.
next time get spring loaded nuts for the Unistrut.
I’ll check them out. Don’t know about spring loaded nuts yet
Did you save room for the mini split AC unit
But of course!
