Don’t try this unless you’re really good with handy stuff . My monitors stopped working after I put it back together . I think the issue comes with curved monitors more than the flat ones. Still wouldn’t suggest it .

My gosh, thanks A LOT. I was checking with other models where that plastic section should be easy to take off with a knife or something. Then I found your video and discovered it had screws.

now that you have that leg off, try separating it - it actually disconnects on the horizontal line, that's why its there
