Knoxville 5K and Kids Race - Finishing state 15 during the Covenant Marathon Weekend 2023

Thank you to the race director again for having us out to complete the race. Hardest 5K but amazing energy - loved running through the parties and it was worth the challenge of the hills. Had a blast at World's Fair Park and enjoyed the taco truck post race for dinner. Well marked and organized! The wind made for an extra challenge but otherwise the weather was perfect for an evening race. Definitely worth checking out and highly recommend for TN.

I passed you at the 8 minute mark and surprisingly this was my best 5k so far was only my 5th one. But those hills were murder. Glad I found the video.
