I like the chalk hack but if you will use pencil shading instead it will be more good. Use my hack if you don't have a chack or if you want to transfer it in canvas, Cause if you want to transfer in canvas and you use chalk it may dust off. So better use pencil. I am not saying bad about you mam so don't mind. Thanks 👍❤️
For tablet Tracing a app is (Tracing paper - light box) is very good when we open the app it show a button lock and unlock so it lock the picture so our picture does not move
I always use yellow carbon paper but Chalk tracing idea is super easy...
And yes those tiny little feet are so adorable.. God bless both of you

Loved the tricks. I use the phone trick too. If you’re using carbon paper, try using yellow carbon paper. It doesn’t spoil the project
