Plan to Eradicate the Saiyans was a weird Video Game tie-in for an old SNES game. I'm not sure if they'll bother with it. I could see them doing the remake (Plan to Eradicate the Super Saiyans) but that came out in 2010 so they'll probably leave it for last (well, before the new movies that the first arcs of Super are based on but after the rest of the other DBZ films)

Why the rush to obtain immortality?

Yes I know that Toriyama had not even considered Super's storyline when he wrote Freeza's chase for immortality, but it still makes sense in hindsight.
Funny thing is, Beerus can probably destroy an immortal entity too, since it's implied that Beerus can kill both Black Goku and Immortal Zamasu.
I am aware that Beerus did address immortality in the past, but how is Freeza to know that? He has also been wrong before, so who's to say that the Destroyer can actually destroy someone made immortal by the Super Dragon Balls?

He also took out Super Saiyan 3 Goku in two hits, while not putting effort into the fight, while Goku couldn't even touch him; even when Beerus fighting at 80%, Super Saiyan God Goku still couldn't keep up and was forced to swallow his pride and admit defeat. Whis says it would take both Goku and Vegeta, working together while in Super Saiyan Blue, to actually kill Beerus. That's not me being a fanboy, that's me having actually paid attention to what was said and shown.
