    I have the 2019 model, what a joy to ride, plenty of grunt out the 250, very satisfied with it.

    It's little extra features like fully hand-adjustable suspension (with preload adjustment!), billet triple clamps, skid plate, odo/trip/speedo unit, and steel braided brake lines that all come stock that really make the Husky appealing. Nice riding man, you're already looking really comfortable on it!

      Premix Peter there’s a reason they cost more haha. Thanks man! Having fun!

    you did the right thing by selling YZ450 , i have sold mine 1 week ago . I had YZ450F 2019 switched the rear tire 18inc and softened the shock and suspension to the max. I do hard enduro also like a lot to ride wide open throttle on the beaches around here . YZ450 `s extreme power and robust engine is unmatched but when on the trail, riding hard enduro ( rode on the steep hills 80degree , obstacles , tires ) the 450 engine feels really heavy especially when you lean a bit on the sides (i knew when i bought the YZ450 it is a motocross bike but it was so tempting 65 hp and blasting torque) It took so much effort and power to do hard enduro with the YZ450 even the bike is almost same weight with te250 (just 6kg heavier ) because of the high engine structure due to it is a 4 stroke and more moving parts ,centre of gravity . i am buying TE300 next week . You should feel the difference like a day and night and i am sure TE250 should feel like a toy after YZ450FX!

    How do you feel about the 2020 bikes not having a kick start? And do you plan on getting one in the future? And as always, awsome video, keep up the good work!

    Sounds SO much better with the powervalve turned out! Sounds like she barks now

      Jackson Flax 100% I’ll probably still go another 1/2 turn out and try it. Idle screw mod next should make it run even better throughout and start even easier.

    Killer footage.
    You are a revver for sure. Good choice on the 250 vs 300!

      @@TheMitchForrest can you add a bit more insight on that statement? I'm transitioning out of my CRF450R and racing now that I'm in ID and want to get into the trail riding but I love the 450 torque. I'm dying trying to decide between a fast revving 250 or a tractor pulling 300.

    • @TheMitchForrest
      @TheMitchForrest  4 роки тому +1

      rjz03crf they’re really pretty similar. However I think if you’re in 1st and 2nd gear more than 3rd or 4th get the 300, 250 if you ride higher speed stuff and want the quicker rev.
      I’ve really only ridden a 300 once, in my tx300 demo ride video.

    I’m on a 2017 yz250x now, but I am thinking about buying a Husky. I kinda want the te300i, but I love the way a 250 is more pipey so I’m torn on staying on a 250 or going with the 300. If Yamaha would go e start I would just stay blue, but it doesn’t look like they’re gonna advance. Maybe for 2021

    I wish I had public lands like that to ride on, where I live. The only public land we get to play on is forrest sevice roads, and our bikes are supposed to be street legal with spark arrestors.

      Daniel C we are extremely fortunate here in Idaho. I try not to take it for granted, I can get to the desert in 20 min. Where I grew up it was a minimum of 1.5 hours. I’m grateful.

      @@TheMitchForrest Seems like the 4 stroke would be better in the high speed desert you ride, looks like you don't rely on the 2T tractor power that often in your riding... Will be interesting to hear about the MPG difference!
