Hi, I got analyst role in Deloitte USI, recently they asked for certifications that we have done for assigning the roles, does they assigns the role based on the certifications or simply based on requirements?? Also my ctc offered is 7.6 lpa what would be in hand salary?? Lastly I got campus placed in nov 2023, any idea when they would give the offer letter??

Ho great I placed in delloite as analyst trainee through off campus and the CTC is 4.5 ...we just got goodies only...can you pls explain what is the next process... hoping that u would reply

@@reddy8462 they might ask for certification you might have done to assign the roles, not sure that's exactly how it works, they might also assign based on requirements and currently I'm waiting for the offer letter, not sure when I'll get.
