They recycle that victory animation A LOT here. It's a reference to Mario Golf: World Tour in which it was her animation right after she gets a ball in the hole before the main hole animation. That game has one of the best animations for all characters, Rosalina even goes to space with a lot of SMG 1&2 references and characters around her.
