    I appreciate the time and expense you went to, to make this video. I think the most important thing I learned was that over all gains are not as important as where you make them in the RPM range. Nice work. Thanks again m8.

      That's exactly what I learned through this process. Dyno's are mainly designed to help with tuning a vehicle. They will not always give you all the details of normal driving and where you may actually feel the gains.

    So all in all, they are worth it lol thank you for taking the time and doing the research, I'm going to end up getting them for my truck. You do a video on the mpg increase if there is one, if you haven't already, I'm curious to see what's that's like lol

      Thanks for watching! I would say they are worth it if you are not wanting to deal with the crazy cost of a tune. Chevy as made it so expensive to get the computer's unlocked by having to by all the stupid credits. The tech was telling me about a guy that spent close to $2000 just to get the computer ready to be tuned which is crazy cause it didn't even include the price of the tune and installing the Cam he put in it. I would love to do an MPG video, but I honestly have done short videos in the past giving my honest MPG gains but people like to insinuate I am making false claims, so I stopped giving my honest MPG claims.

      @zachattackcustoms it's nice to know that it's actually worth it. I've heard from so many people over the years, that cai aren't worth the money. But from I've seen, it is. And I don't blame ya about the mpg videos. Thank you for all the great content. I love it, but I don't think my bank account will lmao 🤣 😂

    Thank you for all your hard work in this project. You have made real life examples in the difference of product on a Dyno not just what a manufacturer says! I know temp and elevation make a huge impact on numbers, so just the effort to show the difference in numbers is really impressive. Thank you again and please keep making awesome content!!!

      Thanks I appreciate it. I can’t tell you how many times I have taken the mods on and off to make sure it’s not just in my head. lol I knew I felt a difference but I have a conscience and I wanted to make 100% sure that I saw gains by getting the Dyno numbers. I don’t want people spending their hard earned money on mods without getting the best facts I can get.

    Question about your Jet power module. Not sure if there is a stage 1 and stage 2 available for the silverado's or not. Stage 2 is supposed to be for modified trucks with CAI, Exhaust, or headers. Do you have the stage 1 or 2 jett power module?

    • @zachattackcustoms
      @zachattackcustoms 14 днів тому

      Stage 1 cause with the stage 2 it is highly recommended to run a low temp thermostat, and I didn’t want to change the running temp. There’s mixed reviews on changing to a low temp stat, but I am a believer in letting the truck run at the correct temp from factory.

  • @juasmith1
    @juasmith1 22 дні тому

    Awesome video man, thanks for taking the time. When you were installing each mod for the test, you weren't taking the previous one back out were you? Meaning when you did the MAF, the CAI was still in the truck, right?

    • @zachattackcustoms
      @zachattackcustoms 22 дні тому +1

      Correct I installed them in the order I originally installed them mainly because I don't think it would be beneficial to run the MAF and Throttle Body with the stock box. I would think you would need more air coming in. Don't quote me on this, but I am thinking the electronics in the MAF and the Throttle Body are programmed to read more air coming in allowing the computer to take that in to account, if that makes sense.

    My biggest performance add on"s that made the most gains was the Jett MAF sensor and the Jett throttle body Spacer. The Jett throttle body, cold air induction intake and stillen ram air seemed to feel less responsive. The LT Pulsar was a great aff on but didn't make much difference except for throttle response after the Spacer and maf sensor was installed

    • @zachattackcustoms
      @zachattackcustoms 26 днів тому +1

      I have been hearing that throttle body spacers don't really do much with the newer vehicle's. That's mainly why I haven't added it. Jet actually doesn't even make the spacer for my year. What year is your truck, and do you think it really made a big difference?

    • @BR549_o7
      @BR549_o7 15 днів тому

      in your statement, you say the Jett throttle body spacer did help, than you proceed to say it did not help. Which is it. ?

  • @yoshibfc
    @yoshibfc 13 днів тому

    Sorry if it’s mentioned in the video but are you now sitting at 375hp with the 20hp gain from the products you installed. And what did the exhaust system add ?

    • @zachattackcustoms
      @zachattackcustoms 9 днів тому

      Hard to say exactly what the Crank HP is because the bigger tires I have will also lower the HP to the wheel. So, if I had to guess, the engine HP is probably more than 375.

    You should try swapping an l86 throttle body and manifold I heard it’s a direct bolt on and with noticeable results.

    I’ve got the 6.2 and I’m less interested in HP and torque gains than I am in MPG. Any info in that regard? Everything I’ve got is bone stock, I’d just like for it to not hurt so much at the pump, ya know. 😂

    • @zachattackcustoms
      @zachattackcustoms 26 днів тому

      The biggest component I noticed that helped with MPG was the cold air intake, but I am believer that you also need a less restrictive muffler. More air in needs a better way to get more air out. If you don’t want a loud muffler, I also noticed better fuel mileage with the Borla Pro XS universal muffler.

      @@zachattackcustoms exactly. And would the gains of the other mods be the same without the exhaust mod? No way to know unless you went back to stock exhaust and did it all again.

    • @zachattackcustoms
      @zachattackcustoms 23 дні тому

      @jeffhernandez5098 I would guess and say the exhaust helped out, but I would also say if you are someone even considering all these other mods, 9 times out of 10 they probably already have an aftermarket exhaust.
