To clarify, this album actually came out just after they did their world tour in 2018, which lasted "122 days". Also, when they were recording this, and after this dropped, they were probably in one of their darkest times as artists; they nearly broke up and were on drugs HEAVILY. Fortunately, they found solutions and are here now.

Ruby is soo underrated in the rap game, he's always mixing it up with his singing and harmonies, his flow is insane and how he always mixes up his flows, his lyrics are crazy too!
@@mofu0666far from talent?? he produces mixes and masters all of their songs the beats and cadence that you enjoy listening to from ruby 9/10 times comes from a product of scrims talent 😭💀
in my opinion this honestly might be their best album. how it was delivered, the production, the verses, there is literally no flaws in this album. it feels like a story listening to this, from beginning to end. i feel like it’s my safe zone and makes me feel less alone. i’m genuinely happy i found these 2 people, i wouldn’t be here without them.
I really like this album bc you can really hear the pain in theirnvoices, and it acts as a turning point for the boys to the listener. They got clean soon after this project. Still get chills listening to it tbh.
@@NatePrikkelsame. so mutch depth and style, and there not 1 minute tracks for the most part. $crim definitely took a few months off just for the production alone. Nicotine patches from the moment i heard it in 2018 i knew it would never age. this album is stapled onto the wall of there discography it’s never going away. some of rubys best flows are on this album alone, crazy.
Love the reaction Juby and Krim! 😂 I'm speaking for everyone of the G59 family, we're thankful that you listen to these albums, we really appreciate it! HAVE FUN IN GREECE JK BROS! 🇬🇷💙🤍💙🤍
I am so glad to see you guys react to this Carrollton was the first every Suicide Boys song I listened to. I know it word for word. I am forever thankful for being introduced to Suicide Boys by some dope ass bass and raps in a janky little car
The last song on the album where scrim is slurring in his verse. My guy be slowed down by heroin. Heard soon after the conclusion of the album he overdosed. This album was the peak of the boys drug use and you can literally hear it in scrims voice multiple times through the album. Glad to say hes sober today but it took this amazing album for him to realize life is worth living. Light at the end of a tunnel vibes in new albums.
Actually they release it September 7, 2018 !! That's why they still sound on drugs, and scrim says he don't wanna quit drugs. Loving the reactions you guys, keep up the great work ! Would love to see more full album reactions, it makes me analyse old album which is pretty cool love both of ya
I am from greece and i liked the fact that they put a little bit of classic greek music in their song. Btw ruby is half greek and American so maybe they did this for ruby.
At the end of the track "Fuck The Industry" this is Bones saying they also had a feat with him at the beginning of their career "Maple Syrup", they also wanted to record a album with him, but the news about it was a long time ago Guys, you should record the reaction to bones, you'll like his old school hip hop
Man this is probably the best album review I’ve ever watched… just vibin with y’all for a whole hour, felt like I was hearing my fav album for the first time again!
Been waiting for this reaction!! I really liked y’all’s reaction! By the way, this album came out in 2018. Next album you should react to is high tide in the snakes nest or stop staring at the shadows! Suicideboys do have lyric videos for stop staring at the shadows album. Stop Staring At The Shadows album came out in 2020 and high tide in the snakes nest came out in 2015
I’ve been listening to $B since 2016. When this album came out in 2018 I anticipated it for months. What they dropped was a complete 180 from their established style. I think they rushed a new sound way too fast. The vocals are extremely in your face, and a lot of the adlibs sound uncomfortable. And I’d say the same thing for all their music from 2018-2020. But they definitely have it figured out now, their new style is different but it’s a new $B sound that I can truly say I fucking love. This album was definitely more commercialized then anything else they’ve ever released. BUT it did end up giving them their most sold album ever, so I can’t be upset. They deserved the recognition
Krewe Du Vieux actually talks about ruby committing a robbery and scrim doing a drive by (lights go dim), when ppl are about to do a drive by, they dim their lights, that’s what this song means
I knew of these guys for a little, but never fully invested my time into diving deep into their discography. But when this album came out, I saw it and I was like “yeah I remember these guys.” And the album was so good, I became addicted to them like they were crack. Been to three shows now, and they’ve filled in a gap in my life that I was missing. And nicotine patches used to be my alarm to get up in the morning.
Yooooooooooo finally yall reacting to the I Want To Die In New Orleans I've been recommending this album in your comments for awhile now and you finally doing it this album is absolute fire and slaps so hard🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
guys you need to listen to $uicideboy$ "Rotten and paralyzed in a tropical paradise" for me! You will absolutely love the technicality and ruby going lyrically crazy in his verse!
I saw them in Quebec city this summer on God their live performance are actually insane 🙌 been following them a lot since that specific album and they do nothing but dope ass songs 🔥🔥
Bro love this channel so much. Not only for reactions but I love the way you review. When’s the radical suicide album review or stop staring at the shadows full review. Can’t wait
I went to their concert in san francisco and it was amazing. Only my 2nd time seeing them but I will continue to see them as long as theyre alive thats for sure. You guys should definitely go to one
This is probably my favorite album by them as much as I love their most recent ones this one got me through a very pivotal point in my life where I was very addicted to pills and it was just nice to know that I wasn’t alone in what I was feeling
Scrim hates this album because of how high he was while recording it even he can barely understand what hes saying but its so good to see scrim 100% clean and rubys not doing such hard shit. such an amazing album but so much pain
This album itself held me down during college. Same way the boy$ we’re in some dark shit college was nothing light for me either. First time I’ve had music be that remedy outside the shit I was using to help
you guys would fucking love the album stop staring at the shadows. it’s the album after this one. when they started their sober era. which lead to the past two back to back fire fucking albums.
To clarify, this album actually came out just after they did their world tour in 2018, which lasted "122 days". they never almost broke up. that was debunked
@@txmwxl They definitely did lol. You must've missed their social media at the time. They had nothing to do with each other for a minute there.

Ruby is soo underrated in the rap game, he's always mixing it up with his singing and harmonies, his flow is insane and how he always mixes up his flows, his lyrics are crazy too!
Ruby was gifted, he's really the chosen one, scrim is soooo far away from talent, lyrics, emotions and ruby's flow (unpopular opinion)
@@mofu0666 ruby is gifted, scrim is talented, hes been grinding his skills insane

U are absolutely right with characters/identities.
They have almost 50+ Personas

I just started listening to Dan, I haven’t listen to this whole album, but in my opinion, the long term effects of suffering is so good
This is, in my opinion, their most cohesive and linear album. The new album would be second for me, but IWTDINO takes the cake
@@NatePrikkelsame.

YES BOYSSSS, been waiting for this one! Love this album to death
the meaning behind 122 days is that it is the number of days that they were on tour before making the album.
This was the time when Scrim was in his worst state with drugs, about 6 months after this album he started rehab
