What is your typical lead time for a kit? I'm ready to buy a 40'x60'x12' kit right now and would like to get an idea of how long it would take to get here. Located in central Missouri.
My salesman from GWB uses the promise of future price increases as a high pressure tactic. Fair enough. It's not that surprising given the industry. The surprising part was when I said I think I'll hold off for now and revisit it in a year since the market is frothy, his response is "better start saving your money! LOL." I try to imagine saying something like that to my own client prospects, but I guess I need a better imagination.
Hi William, While it's true that steel prices are starting to rise significantly and we expect them to remain escalated for quite some time it is no way for our staff to behave. I will look into this personally and take the appropriate action. Sorry about this. I agree with you about the market being "Frothy" - waiting a year or two should result in getting better pricing once steel does finally come down. In fairness, he has provided good service - fielding change requests and adjusting prelim plans, keeping me informed of the timing of price increases, etc. And I'm a fan of GWB in general and hoping for continued success. I was taken back by this one casual comment but still leaning toward GWB when I'm ready to move forward.
Can’t wait for our building. Been waiting almost 10 months now. Still don’t have a delivery date set yet. Hopefully they can give us a certain date for our building to show up.

Our building was lucky enough to have its own trailer due to the size. Everything was loaded just as described and it was an easy offload! Fast and efficient way of doing it. Helpful to have someone on the stack too (safety permitting) to ensure you've got your forks where they need to be. (our telehandler had pretty poor visibility)
Hopefully very soon, We are in the midst of bringing a large facility online and it has monopolized my time. Maybe I can get something out quickly - is there a topic you would like for us to discuss? Thanks
@@ericbeavers4769 yes I've been struggling with a building install of my own..alot of faulty parts and peices... been a 3 year ordeal from the start for me...just a bad company I dealt with...I got all the steel structure up and wanting to see some indept videos of siding and roofing sheets with 6" insulation ..what to look out for..and how to deal with rainy weather while installing insulation...thanks Eric appreciate your time
