- Movie: TheDeal 2022
After a global pandemic ravaged the earth's resources, a placeholder government called The Bureau offers survivors access to food, water, and shelter if they agree to end their lives in 20 years. Tala, five days away from the end of her deal, learns her daughter Analyn has kidney failure that requires a transplant. However, the earliest slot for surgery is in six months, prompting them to seek help from Analyn's estranged father. In a race against time, Tala and Analyn must find a way to a rebel colony outside the walled city to save their lives.

But she still has kidney failure though?
Exactly
They can do the transplant we're they're going and moms still alive to donate
@@d1blade No, the mom can donate now. She couldn't before cause she was gonna die in a few months, now she won't
Glad you did a recap of this movie, I could not get past the first 30 minutes of it.
That was quite good. Interesting ending. Father turned out to be a prick.
micheal convinced them to take both women, he went and then spoke to the people there to allow both women in
SO plenty of water and sunshine and abundant vegatation on outside but unable to grow crops to feed people , hrmmm.
Like North Korea, it’s by design.
They are only protecting the world outside from cLiMaTe ChAnGe
Logan's Run, rehashed
Yes.
And not very well.
Why would anyone want to live in the dystopian conditions of this city when paradisiacal conditions apparently prevail on the other side of the wall?- Looks like the earth is ready for repopulation.
They don’t *want* to, that’s the point. They were forced to live there.
@@Sniperboy5551 Yeah, but that wouldn't last all that long. Few generations, maybe. Not with the opposite of your conditions literally being in eyesight. They'd simply burn it.
I think there was propaganda about it being unsafe outside the walls
Try "The Penultimate Truth", P K Dick [also author of Do Androids Dream... aka Blade Runner]
@@jonny-b4954You don't understand humans. Even if you opened the cage after a few generations, they wouldn't come out. You would have to rehab them all over again to get them back into nature.
2.10 went to electric school to learn how to change a fuse but didn't try to find out why it burnt out ..sounds like she came top of the class.
She only went for two years, and most of that was probably gender studies.
Electrical engineers build their own fuses. Often out of coins, they don't like the power downs 😅
They they didn't solve her kidney problem though.
the problem was she had no donor, not the 6 month wait. now that her mom got 20 more years she will get the transplant in 6 months and theyll be fine
@@nnniko7801 But the girl doesn't have 6months to live, also they have to be under the radar cause the daughter is supposed to be dead.
@@nnniko7801 The daughter forfeited her life to extend her mother's time, in doing so she's legally dead within the burau's records. The burau would update the daughters medical records with her time, place and cause of death. Any medical facility within the walls would have access to these records. They then proceeded to illegally falsify her death, which goes against the whole way of their society which is more then likely a crime. So they're more then likely criminals after the burau finds out what happened. So the additional time the mother got really means nothing since they are both fugitives of the law now.
If the daughter and mother went to any hospital to do the surgery then that would would raise alarms due to conflicting information (Her records would list that she forfeited her life to the burau to extend her mother's time resulting in her death at a certain date yet she's at the hospital trying to get a surgery done obviously after her apparent death.) and the burau would of been notified, resulting in more problems. If she refused to give any personal information then the hospital would refuse to do the surgery since they need to confirm that the mother was a viable donor (I.E. making sure blood types matched and stuff like that so rejection of the transplant is less likely). The only way I see any hospital doing the transplant is if the daughter falsifies her info and they ran all new tests to gather info for her "new" medical records, but even then they wouldn't even get the chance to get that far. The burau would obviously have noticed the missing body of the daughter and would of been on high alert. Scouring the city looking for them. That's why at the end of the movie the daughter's friends are taking them to the railroad.
The railroad probably has doctors and medical personal to perform the transplant, but leaving that kind of driving plot point in the story up in the air for interpretation with no insinuation or verification seams like very bad writing.
@@Xaffire true, but it looks like the "railroad" may have doctors who can do the transplant.
@@chibibar sounds logical
Sounds alot like the movie "Logan's Run" where people die at 30 yrs old.😮
In the original book of Logan's Run the death age was 21.
Look at modern society. The rich get richer. If this is similar to Logan's Run, then the situation never improved.
This movie is called "THE DEAL" 2022
love the recap of these movies that think they have some great idea for a movie but once its made. it suxxxxx
No clapping? 👏
No clapping -- me not watching(
Russian movies usually filled with clapping
In the thumbnail look like this robot was about to shoot this lady, but in reality I don't think they would even waste a bullet on you.
cant watch it because of the constant pausing, its too distracting dude
Editing 101 flew over their head
So, Logan's run?
They lasted until 30 but yeah
I’d wondered if this was a remake
@@charleighh.990 In the book, the age of death was 20. The movie changed it to 30 because the actors didn't look 20.
@@terrib627 Makes Sense Michael York did Not look 30 Farrah didn't either.
@@terrib627 Last day was 21, but yeah. Film changed the age to 30 and retconned a bunch of stuff. That aside this film isn't remotely like Logans run.
Make the movie name more clearly to see my guy
What this called?
The Deal...it's in the description.
Save yourself and watch "Logan's Run" instead.
why does it pause and zoom in
"Than" or "Then"? Looks like the AI needs to be retrained on proper grammar.
To fair... Most Americans don't know the difference between Then and Than.
Seems like Logan's Run, but a much lower budget.
A critique of our society. Also a remake of Logan's Run.
this movie makes half sense. I know women become crazy cat ladies after 20, but what about the rest of humanity?
Basically a crappier remake of Logan’s run. It has no ending and solves no issues with the society
Sounds like another remake of "Logan's Run".
Then*
I like how the people are looking for engineers to take to the comune and get rid of there device.
Remember guys the morel of the story in a apocalyptic scenario if you are an engineer or have engineering skills you will be valuable enough to have people sacrifice there lives for you
Already seen this movie. It was called Logan's Run. And people had to go to carousel to be renewed when they turn 30 yoa
Movie name?
Then, not than
What is the name of this
then, then, then, then, then....
It’s then not than…
What kind of deal is this???
the WEF wants this future for you.
Based, you beat me to it
Can you guys explain this to me please and thank yous I don’t know what WEF is?
@@Sniperboy5551 i just listen to what they say and what they do. they don’t even try to hide it anymore as their arrogance assumes the rest of us will do nothing.
@@anhsolo3409 start with looking up the georgia guide stone’s inscriptions and then go look up agenda 21, and agenda 2030.

The WEF and UN wants us locked up in small boxes having our food pushed under the door.
**then**
20 years huh? At least Logan's Run gave you 30 years
21 in the book. And remember it's 20 years after you sign the Deal, not 21 total.
Logans run plot is why I'm here
bro how do you not know the difference between than and then lmfao
So I would’ve been gone 4 years ago 😭
Than is a comparison word. Then is use to indicate time sequence. You do a thing and THEN you do another thing. I like a thing better THAN this other thing.
Sounds like a horrible flick.
Thanks for saving me from wasted time!
“Then”**
sanji?
...then must die
It's getting boring since there's no more clapping no clapping no likes no subscribers
Real
It’s dumb and annoying. What are you? 12?

Title deceiving, seen this recap before done far better by someone else who actually recapped about the movie in stead of this persons version. Thumbnail pic yep click bate.
Movies like this are made to condition is for the mark coming soon.
'then'
Soo basically PSSR 😂
Sounds like Russia
Another wall movie.
Upvote for no clap 😂
But what if I like the clapping?
@Sniperboy5551 to each their own bud, it's just tiring to see him shove "clap" into *every* title description...like, use a thesaurus or something brosef 😂
@danielhenry177 I agree, I wish we could see the clapping on UA-cam though
@@Sniperboy5551 eh, if I'm looking for that material, there's an infinite amount on Google 😁
