As a Proud Ambassador @ The Village, I’m Excited to Share Information About the Urgent Crisis Center

As someone deeply committed to helping my community, I’m proud to share the incredible resources offered by The Village through the Urgent Crisis Center (UCC). This walk-in center provides critical outpatient services for children and teens facing urgent mental or behavioral health crises. Whether they are experiencing thoughts of suicide, feelings of depression or anxiety, out-of-control behaviors, substance misuse, or any other mental health crisis, the UCC is here to help-no appointment or referral necessary.
At the UCC, trained staff will:
Provide crisis stabilization support
Complete a comprehensive mental health assessment
Work with families to develop a safety plan
Connect children directly to additional services
This is not an emergency department, but a safe and supportive place designed to help deescalate crises and connect youth to the care they need within 24 hours.
