поддерживаю. хороший синт, хоть и есть некие шероховатости с самой прошивкой (иногда приходиться перезагружать) но сам движок шикарен. микрокорг курит в сторонке нервно))
I think it would be good to produce some arty vinyl overlays for the Skulpt - a good idea might be a design competition to get some artists to design some funky templates and get it back in the limelight a bit......it could be fun. I have to confess my Skuplt has sat there a bit gathering dust and I need to get it out and start playing with it. Maybe as it's so dark I don't play with it so much ( it's pretty dim in my room!). Perhaps some lighter /different vinyl templates and different coloured knobs might inspire peeps to use it in different ways. There is a lot of life left in it yet I reckon. I do like the small form factor of it. How about a Buchla style template or a Minimoog looking thing. Just something that would be fun!
That's a great idea, as its quite a versatile and powerful synth, with lots of options and great harmonics. It just suffers from difficult UI / colour scheme.
Hi! I need help understanding what means that the Skulpt sequencer can record up to 256 notes? As I understand, it means that there are 64 steps in total with max. 4 notes each? The sequencer can also be 1, 2, 4 or 8 bars. But if it is 8 bars with a total of 64 steps, then each bar has 8 steps? This is a bit confusing for me, because I’m trying to record a long sequence with one chord per 4 bars (its a slowly evolving pad). I have a total of 4 chords, so I need a length of 16 bars but Skulpt only has 8. Is there a way to decrease sequencer speed by 2? Without affecting the clock/tempo? My Microfreak has a rate adjustment and that allows me to have long sequences and I would like to know if there is something similar in Skulpt.
Modal could we have more tutorials for Skulpt ! I mean more engaging and clear content !
Это лучший звук синтезатора что я слыоал за последние 5 лет! Настолько чётки, кристальный, ясный, объемный и жирный.

This has been recorded in ASMR.

thank you I learned a few new tricks using the skulpt
Great to see some new tut’s from you, if you fancy a deep dive of Argon 8’s sequencer I would appreciate it. 👍
This is awesome. I was so gutted to miss it (lockdown parenting overruled!)
Dude, I can hear your blood flowing xD
😂
🤣 his voice is the proper subosc that Skulpt needed. The deeper low-end ever.
Just got one, great walkthrough 👏🏾 Thanks for sharing 🙏🏾
Great stuff, thank you.
Can I sync the Sequenzer to my DAW(Reaper. For example)? I’ve got Problems with some Synths. Thank you in advance
Hi Thomas, yes you can route MIDI timing information to the synth via traditional MIDI or USB MIDI.

is the video image back to front?
Funny hes using the original Skulpt and the SE is just chilling behind him
Hello there. Does craft 2.0 have option to record knobs animation into his arp?
Is it me or is the video "mirrored" check the books in the background, the Modal logo on his T-shirt and the guitar head
Ah... that would explain the left handed guitar too. Like anyone's left handed! 😁

Can you tell me why all Skulpts are quieter when switching from mono to duo mode? All the ones I've played with anyway
Most likely the mono oscillator stack hits a single virtual VCA, but duo going to two VCAs with the amplitude level compensated.
Mono mode uses four stacked voices, duo uses two. It therefore would result in a drop in volume due to the sound lacking the two additional voices.
If I had a cent for every time this guy said "kind of"
great!
It's hard to find things on this channel. Please Modal don't be like KORG3 with thier one page manuals and whatnot.
What is the instrument just out of (in?) shot at the top?
Rob Rymill It looks like a Modal Argon8M

That plant doesn't live there.
Bad sound i dont now what you talking.
His voice is particularly rich and loud on this video, the problem unfortunately lies with you.
