I don't think this is a trailer for a Korean drama, but I'm not sure from which country it is a trailer.
I would like for you to react to the drama 'Come and Hug me', but sadly the trailer is very lacking. If I were you I would react to the trailer and two scenes from this drama in order to kinda understand what the story is all about. I would recommend it to watch it in this sequence, because otherwise it will be harder for you to understand the story. It has become one of my favorite dramas, especially because the main actors and their child actors did amazing and because the story itself was intriguing. I've composed a list for you, for if you choose to react to this drama (it's a crime/romance drama). They won't spoil anything important.
