thank you very much.Drums and some of the strings are performed and recorded on cubase .Pads and analog strings are played live on the nord lead and the bass on the korg X 50.

I don`t know. i have learned music theory when i was young but i don`t remember any of that,i don`t read notes.i do everything by ear.

Excusez moi d'avoir été aussi long mais je voulais être dans les meilleurs conditions pour écouter le travail de mon prof d'étymologie :)
Je ne connaissais pas "Souvenir of China" de J-M Jarre, je suis donc allé l'écouter après avoir écouté votre interprétation. Je viens de réécouter la votre. C'est remarquablement bien joué et les rares différences que j'ai pu percevoir semblent à l'évidence liées à la différence des outils à disposition. Bref (*fais une révérence*) votre interprétation vaut celle de votre maître.
C'est une musique vraiment très apaisante, le genre qu'on écoute pour se calmer les nerfs après s'être fait agresser par un imbécile espagnol, si vous me permettez ce trait d'humour.
J'ai aimé et je suis ravi d'être votre 26eme "Green thumb" :)
Hahahahaha.....vous n`etes quand meme pas un imbecile(ces derniers sont d`habitude d`accord sur tout et pour tout). Alors, pour les differeces,d`une part c`est sur que le materiel joue un role important(JMJ utilise des synthes analogiques surtout sur les versions d`origine ce qui fait quand meme une difference de qualite de son par rapport aux synthes digitaux,a l`exception de qq`uns comme mon synthe rouge que lui utilise aussi).Et puis il y a aussi l`elaboration en studio(mastering-chose que j`ai pas faite a part un mixage d` amateur base seulement a mon oreille...).Cela en tout cas ne pourrait jamais etre identique a l`original,ce qui d`ailleurs n`est pas du tout le but.! Bref ,me permettant de te tutoyer en signe de familiarite amicale,je te remercie vraiment pour tes commentaires...! PS.je suis quand meme loin d`etre un prof d`etymologie,hahaha...en tout cas merci encore et a bientot.!

J'ai commencé mes études du Grec Ancien mais c'est extrêmement complexe. J'ai trouvé un cours d'initiation à la fac dans lequel je vais pouvoir m'incruster à partir de janvier et progresser plus vite, c'est difficile d'apprendre seul une langue par l'écrit uniquement(surtout quand on ne maîtrise pas l'alphabet phonétique).
J'attends toujours de te voir interpréter une oeuvre de Vangelis (je passe de temps en temps voir si tu n'as pas de nouvelles publications).
Au plaisir de bavarder avec le plus Zorba des grecs ;-)
