She's just laughing at the ridiculousness of the situation. What do you expect them to say? WOW YOU LOOK SO MUCH OLDER THAN YOUR AGE? The people there KNEW why they were brought in. And wouldn't ANYONE be proud to look younger? Maybe not when you're in your teens, but as a 30+ wouldn't it be nice to look younger?
What I most dislike about this episode is that in order to "look young", you have to constantly groom yourself and somewhat dress fashionably (in Korea's case, this often includes plastic surgery). But, there're some people who could seriously care less care about that because they'd rather spend the hours people use to groom themselves for things like their hobbies. The hosts were really careless when putting the age guess stickers on the *guests*. I feel Korea has honed this kind of unhealthy baby-faced obsession; I mean, the twenty year olds in the middle of the video were like the seniors at my high school.
