- On her visit to Sachen School, the elementary school of Sakya College, on 18th April 2022, Her Eminence Dagmo Sonam Palkyi Sakya gave advice and guidance to the staff members and students. Her Eminence is the consort of the current 43rd Sakya Trizin, His Holiness Gyana Vajra Rinpoche.
I've heard very little of her and the takeaway from this video, for me, is a true reflection of "you are the product of your environment".
Parental influence in preserving communication and behavioural skills is admirably evident. It becomes even more impressive to learn that she didn't grow up in an environment such as Tibetan settlements and Tibetan schools. Yet, being able to converse and communicate in her own parental tongue without imitating others' ways and accents makes her one of those unique but a handful of Tibetans born and raised overseas in a completely foreign culture/environment.
Retrospecting how the parents raised their children in an environmentally challenging but culturally responsible manner is, needless to say, truly remarkable.
Tibetan written language ཡི་གེ may be unanimously one in all three regions. Spoken language སྐད is inarguably diverse, even between small villages of an area.
May this linguistic richness and diversity grow more robust than ever.

Sakya Rinpoches and Dakmos should take serious consideration and RESPONSIBILITY of how SAKYA CHITDHUE MONKS are conducting and Behaving in the Tibetan PARLIAMENT which is the highest PLATFORM to showcase once individual and organizational CHARACTER. But sadly monks REPRESENTING SAKYA names are SETTING BAD EXAMPLES in the Tibetan society because of their low character and foul language which is not acceptable n necessary to the general public. Such filthy behaviour and low standards chitdhues are setting bad example to our younger generations, so kindly Sakya stakeholders especially Rinpoches and Dakmos should advice them your Chitdhues before people get fed up of Dirty Politics of these Sakya chitdhues. We people are losing trust nowadays n we are saying to you coz they are carrying ‘Sakya Name” their character of disrespect to others and regionalistic mindset are ALWAYS CREATING unnecessarily issues and problems in the Tibetan parliament the Parliament where general public have huge expectations.
They are nothing but want money n glory and enjoy luxury. They will care nothing but fame.

@@tenzinchoeden3166 i am a buddhist follower of the real Buddhism which is thinking logically and studying mind not the teachings which got evolved and changed according to different nationalities people's such as Tibetan Buddhism they mainly focus on mandala and deity worship which was because of the influence of bon i believe. As u can see in different countries they all have their different rituals in the name of religion( even inside Buddhism of different countries) .
