I flashed on Cruel Summer too, but the line "I don't wanna keep secrets just to keep you". Everything she had to live without in her life, just to be the girlfriend of a man who doesn't appreciate most of her.
Exactly, who knows how twisted Alwyn is. He wants to starr in movies but is so damn scopophobic it's almost pathetic to watch. Clearly it was all about him, he kept Taylor caged in like a person with leprosy. His mother is a psychologist....often psychologists are in worse shape than the patient they're treating....remember her words "takes one to know one." If not that, then it was unrealistic expectations of him....like him expecting Taylor to give up her global career for his mediocre English soap opera career. The guy clearly had a ""God" complex over and above all the other problems he has.
I never understood what she saw in that loser. She looks happy now. Her next album will be so upbeat & romantic. Yes!!!!
She's so genius for the variants and the different playlist/chapter combos she makes combining her songs from different eras that hit on similar themes

Does the cd version have variants on different CDs like the vinyls? I hadn't realised that became the case with Midnights. Were the cd variants for Midnights issued after the initial release of a non-variant cd (if that makes sense) and will that be the case for the initial TTPD cd released in 18th April? I'd like to be able to choose which variant song I prefer as I can't afford to be buying more than one cd. All advice appreciated. ❤
yes the different variants are on vinyl, CD, and cassette! these were available from taylor's store for a limited time. right now, only "The Manuscript" variant is available from her store. you can get all the variants on CDs from Target right now though (at least you can in the US - i'm not sure about other countries). your local record shops may end up getting the albatross, bolter, and black dog variants as well but i'm not 100% sure. they should all at least have the manuscript!

I feel like I’m losing my sanity waiting for TTPD. I was on Yahoo today and searched Taylor Swift. In the “details” section it now has her listed at 5’0”. We all know that’s wrong. But is there a reason?! Does it mean something?! Or did someone just f up?? 🤪
