Hiring a college graduate is rapidly becoming a liability, not an asset, for a business.
This is why if I was hiring, I would be looking at resumes of applicants who went to an online college program. Those programs force students to study on their own and put in the work to succeed. There is no indoctrination. You study the material, pass the class, and move on to the next class. That’s it.

I might be looking back in retrospect (that's redundant, isn't it?) with rose-colored glasses. I graduated college in the early 1990s. We had a few kooks on campus, but I don't remember mobs of students who were this nutty.

Racism goes all ways no matter what color you are. I remember as a kid being picked on in school for being “white” even though I’m not really white. I was called white trash, white girl, white bread and pretty much any bad word with the word white in it. I also have extremely curly hair so I always had girls of color rip out my hair telling me that white people don’t have curly hair and was told that I’m a “white girl” trying to be black. I was also made fun of because of my skin color. My classmates would make imprints on skin as well because apparently they liked seeing their hand prints, it’s bad enough they would scratch me all because they liked seeing marks on me. And I also know plenty of other white people that went through the same. I feel like white people never get acknowledged when they’re going through racism. Throughout history we’ve all been slaves. Not just black people. Whites been enslaved when Hitler was in power, the Spanish were enslaved thanks to Christopher Columbus, Indians were slaves, Asians were slaves, and the list goes on. But why don’t we ever talk about it?! It seems like all we ever talk about was when blacks were enslaved and we even made a month all about them but why is it that we don’t have white history month or Indian history month or Spanish history month or Asian history month? If we’re gonna be talking about things then we should really be talking about everything and not exclude certain facts or events that happened in history.

I am white. I have friends who are Black, Hispanic, and Asian. A person who stays in school and learns as many subjects as possible is more likely to have success. The richest people are those who have had an idea and progressed with it to form a company.
Here’s what triggers me when I hear ppl of color can’t get proper health care, their poorer, etc Im a poor white female in my 40s I got sick in 2020 I cant afford good health insurance so I can’t find a doc thats willing to find out what’s wrong w me, I can’t get the meds I need all they will do is giv me the most minimal treatment which ain’t worth crap!!! My neighbor is a rich black man he gets the best of everything docs will open their clinic at night for him, he gets the best treatment so This has nothing to do with skin color but everything to do w how much $$ u got!!!

What makes it worse for them, is that their main sources are on social media, which is stunting their growth on a more emotional level. The best method to realize the errors of their ways, is when they start to experience the real world, and how much it really cares about their personal vendettas.

I worked for an Asian American back in when I was in High School. Great family guy, fantastic boss, and very very hard working. Between him and my parents, I learned work ethic and what it takes to get ahead.

When you replace testosterone with estrogen, you become more submissive, that's a fact. When you are more submissive, you are more willing to do what the government or your teachers tell you to do without question. Yes food very much helps with brainwashing, soy is a very useful tool in replacing hormones.

As a brown person, I say this: Racism isn't based on the individual's skin tone. It's learned. Kids can reject racism if someone tries to teach them that. Sadly, we focus so much on the sins of the past, we end up bringing them back.
Edit: And to add to that, I'm not saying it's wrong to talk about the flaws of America's past. Rather, I'm saying that we should discuss progress and celebrate it rather than attack a race for oppressing another. That'll only bring more resentment towards those ethnic minorities.
Good point, but sometimes racism is learned not from the parents but from living among the race you grow to dislike as they consistently move in and ruin your previously nice neighborhood. I'm not saying this is a legit reason to be racist, but what i'm saying is it helps if people understand where all the different aspects of racism may come from. Then we can help to alleviate that in the future.
Another aspect of where racism comes from would be the younger generation of white kids being told that white = bad and everyone else = better. This will drive some youth to bad conclusions about other races. It is essentially creating a problem that so-called virtuous people claim to be fighting against.

We have black music events, black history month and even a theatre show where only blacks are allowed in because white people would intimidate them. So where is the white privilege?
