Can you use this monitor in a dual monitor setup? I got a PC with a nice gaming monitor and my wife has a laptop for a USB-C connection. Can this monitor daisy chain to connect my primary gaming monitor via KVM when switching to her laptop?
Hmm... i'm not in music production but I have worked with audio engineers before. I'd say sound is first and monitors are secondary (so you don't have to go for the highest of the highest quality for display resolution). In fact, most audio engineers setups have studio monitors sound system - so that means you don't have to worry about getting a monitor with with a good sound system. If it's a gift - I'd consider budget & the preferences of the person you're gifting to. But it is awesome that you're gifting a monitor! It's such a thoughtful gesture! Hope they enjoy your gift :)

I think it works pretty well on windows ! But when I switched to using a Mac - the pixelation of text is much more obvious … can be quite hard to adjust if you’re coming from QHD or 4K monitor
I have this exact monitor and I do not recommend it for gaming. Its okay for casual gaming (not competitive). 75hz and 4ms response time sucks. But its great for productivity work such as video editing graphic designing stuff. Anyway high refresh rate and low response time is not on your consideration while buying a monitor grab this one immediately.
I have one problem with this monitor with HDMI im able to use, with type c its only charging my macbook pro, what can be the solution for that @mintmindy please reply

Did you have to do anything for the audio? I have a USB c cable and the audio isn't working with my M1 Mac.
With its type C cable and the Macbook closed, the monitor works ? or do you have to connect it separately to the power?

What about pixelated text can you see it at 27 fhd resolution?
