  • Marinade for 10 mins.
    1 kilo chicken wings
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper powder
    MIX
    3 tbsp cornstarch
    3 tbsp all purpose flour
    1/2 cup water / 100ml
    Sweet garlic soy sauce recipe:
    soy sauce 3 tbsp
    water 1 tbsp
    brown sugar 4 tbsp or honey
    butter 1 tbsp
    1/2 tbsp garlic powder
    1 tsp black pepper powder

    Thank you!! Turned out Perfect! Family loved them.
    Double frying took me a little longer because I cooked 24 full sized wings with the tips. Worth the wait.

    ask ko lng po nalito lng po 14 lng kc ako hehe, 10 minutes lng po bang ibababaw yung chicken dun sa flavor? Mostly po kc nababasa ko mga 4 hours po..? btw thanks po

    Tried this one earlier, super yummy niya thank u so much and oh I did add some lime anything citrus kahit calamansi pwede and a teaspoon of sesame oil. It turns out sweet with a slight tangy after taste. 😊😊

    Made this for lunch today! So good, and no hard to find ingredients. I used chicken breast. I need to perfect my double-fry technique but it was delicious anyway!

    It's better to put salt in the flour/cornstarch. Salt gets more evenly distributed. She "marinades" for 10 minutes to let the salt melt and spread out but if you really want the seasoning to be even, you should season the flour/cornstarch.

    The only thing I added to these recipe to make it taste more like Bon Chon is 2 tsp of honey and 1/2 tsp of ginger also didn't add water. You can control the thickness of the sauce with heat.

    Ginawa ko eto last night .
    Wala lang ako sesami seeds.
    Nagustuhan ng alaga kung Bunso dto sa HOngkong. Tapos tinanong nya ako ano daw sauce sinabi ko .
    Sarap daw saka so juicy.

      Deep fry ng 10-11mins with moderate fire if you want to have a crunchy chicken. So if twice frying, then 5.5 mins per cooking.

    Hala napadami lagay ko ng salt and pepper sa chicken imbis na 1/2 tsp nagawa ko po syang 1 tblsp pero 2 whole chicken po yung ginamit ko na medyo maliit. Pano po sya? Pwede ko ba sya ibabad sa water bago ko iprito para di maalat?
