can someone recommend an artist with music very similar to lofflers
If you like this kind of minimalistic and meditative electronic music I suggest you to listen to Nicolas Jaar, Nils Frahm and Jon Hopkins. They are all amazing and talented musicians and their misic often have a similarly evocative sound.
There are also many others. They may be less similar to Loffler but they are great as well, for example: FourTet, Max Cooper, Rival Consoles, Floating Points and ... the YT algorithms will do the rest.
It's incredible how many talented musicians you can discover in the electronic music nowadays.
