To be able to invest and save is a privilege. If you don't have own house, how can you invest 90% of your salary? Home rent itself will take up to 20-30 percentage of the salary.

@@prasannajoys5087 for a 500000 rupees house loan for 20 years, you will be paying 720000 rupees interest only, 40000 being EMI !!!! if you live in a rented house, you will be having 3.2 crores rupees in hand after 20 years, by investing in mutual funds and SIP investment. even at 20 years of housing loan , the house is not yours and can be repossesed any time.....only when you paid off ALL THE INTEREST AND CAPITAL , then the house is yours...not before that !!! the best advice is to live in the rented house and invest your money...is best suited for all weather conditions in a man's life !!! So, this lady is right 100%.

Monthly konjam amount mattum wife ku kuduthu yenga veetla care pannikitaanga.. aprom same place la irruka plan pannom, credit card purchas panna(33k limit), yen salary 8th varum fulla credit card ku pooirum, then again month fulla credit card la selavu pannuvaen, room rent ku SHADOFAX (like swiggy delivery 1 yr poona- part time). After 1 small accident she not allowed me to do that part time job. So from that point 15k budject start pannom. 4 month once EPF withdrawal panni expenses manage pannom. apdiyae 1.5 yr pooiduchu. Aprom babies porandhadhum romba expenses koraikka vaendi irrundhuchu. (Till now only 2 Jean & i have only few shirts). Again primary company one small increment, then part time again in TALLY software company.
Loan around 5 lakhs closed. Now extra 1 credit card(42k). Note : till now no late payment... & Maintaining credit scores too. For future any emergency loans.
