- The restaurant customer who shot and killed an armed robber is coming forward. The drama erupted at a restaurant in Houston, Texas. An armed robber ordered everyone in the restaurant to hand over their money. As the gunman walked by, an armed customer fatally shot the robber. The customer then took off in a pickup truck before police arrived at the scene. Now, the armed diner's lawyer reached out to the district attorney's office saying his client wants to talk about what happened.

I'm in Maryland, this week a man shot and killed a 13-year-old boy who was breaking into cars. A 13-year-old boy, smh and now this man who didn't even have a real gun. If that's what took place in the shooting it's horrible, but even if he didn't do all that and had just shot this person, it's still be horrible. The whole situation is just sad. Crime in this country is just out of control but people walking around carrying guns, taking the law to their own hands, is not the answer. It's just making situations worse.
The thug was a murderer. Out on parole Killed a father of three.
@@charityhooper2377 banning guns wont solve violence.
@@charityhooper2377 yeah ban guns because criminals follow the law. Idiot. Move to Chicago if you want to go somewhere that has gun bans.
There's no way that man could have known the gun was fake. In a situation like that you can't hesitate. If he had warned the guy to drop his gun and the gun had been real, the robber could have shot him first especially at that close range. He did what he had to in a situation like that.
If this happened in INDIA the guy would have gone to jail for 7 to 15 year, our judiciary system is useless
This was a brave man, i hope his life isnt ruined and i hope he gets the praise he deserves, respect to this brave man.
@bbabbich3467 ended a human trash life

@bbabbich3467 Thieves, thugs and criminals need to be aware of states that have "Conceal Carry" and "Open Carry" laws....could be a problem in those states....
That man absolutely saved tons of lives he was also a victim of that incident to he shouldn't face any jail time that man deserved to be rewarded big time a huge support to that brave man

Self defense no question

Love & Respect to the sensible Texas Legislators and this hero!
And nothing of value was lost
He had a split second decision to make to protect himself and every single person in that room it could have easily gone the other way, great call on gut instinct
Bro got caught lacking 💀
Give the guy a gold medal. No one knew it was a bb gun.
100% agree with you.
A gold medal for what exactly? Shooting someone 3 times from close distance while their back is turned against you?
Yeah so brave. Im not discussing wether he was right or not, just saying it wasnt a heroic act or self defense. It was self jutsice at that point. The robbery was basically over and he self-justiced the robber by executing him by shooting him 3x times in their back while the robber was in the process of leaving.
It was a classic case of death penalty without a process, classic murican self-justice.
@@thejoe9065 he solved the problem

He is a hero. Self defense ! He had every right to react how he did by defending himself
This was 1000% justified, no one knew it was a toy gun and he acted in self defense I applaud this man
Not after the guy is down he shot him and then proceeded to keep shooting after there wasn't a threat anymore then he went back and shot him in the head
Amen
I'll say it's 90% justified since he shot him more then he needed to
BUT he made it so he couldn't suffer..
If you watch a video on Twitter you can see that he shot him again and 2 times in the head

A one man police force without charging the taxpayers a dime.
