I feel happiness in little trivial things like fairy tales and dreams, little wildflowers and white clouds in the blue sky, and I paint them. I want to be an artist who can share emotions and thoughts with many people through paintings. For that dream, I fill out a page.
I'd buy this book just for the image of the little girl being taken to Paris by the famous "le Petit Prince". Thanks for sharing this lovely Korean book. Can't wait until payday...

As you were taking off the wrapping, I thought she will need a second book to color cause this one is too much of a library quality book. Before you turned to the poem page, I thought the art looked like a poem. In the second part, early on, I realized her trip was in her dreams and wouldn't a dream catcher be cool in here. On the gloomy page, I didn't see the dog and the squirrel. How sad not to have your friends. Also, I think the little prince was referring to a character in a book. The Little Prince is a fairly well-known book in many languages and written by a French author, hence the Eiffel Tower. It's such a fascinating coloring book. 💖💖 Very antique in the binding and paper. I would be afraid to have any writing or painting material anywhere near it for fear of ruining it!! Gorgeous!! 🥰 I hope you have taken some coloring vacations in the second copy of this book!!🤗 Thank you for sharing!!

Actually there are 3 versions of aeppol. I bought one of them last month and I just bought the other two because this book is amazing. Even for beginner like me, since there is the colored page on the left, I can match the colors.
It's a wonderful coloring book. I did see today that there are a few different versions. I love coloring in this particular one because the paper is just beautiful and works so well with colored pencils.

My Hubby (I call him The Hubbs) gifted then to me as I have wanted them seemingly since FOREVERRRR…but just like you I too am frugal..🤷♀️😂..anyhoo! Man did I squuuuuueeeeee when I opened the box to see them!!! Like a little girl!! I am silly that way too. I lived in China due to my ex-husband’s business ventures and can speak a little Mandarin but not read nor write it(my two kids learned to read/write/speak Mandarin aka “putonghua “). I reallyyyyy enjoy your videos! Looking at your tutorials presently as well. You are a great teacher! I got it a few weeks ago and barely began with my inktense. Slightly intimidated. I really enjoy that the finished pages are facing the blank inked pages. Like you, I prefer hardcover and wonderful paper.
Oh Brenda, the paper in this book is so beautiful as is the artwork. I am so in love with this book. I can't wait to sit and color in it. I was all caught up with filming and editing and then I ended up with no internet for 24 hours. With that, I had the cable guy here for five hours today so no coloring for me. I had planned on starting a page in this beautiful book. Tomorrow I will open it up and try out my Prismas on these gorgeous pages. I was thinking Prismas all along and then you mentioned Inktense. Oh my! Those would be so much fun in this book.

YES, "Le Petit Prince" is a French Classic Book I grew up reading. But it has been translated into almost every language as the story is universal & timeless. It is SUPER popular in Paris where there are brick & mortar Boutiques JUST with Little Prince merchandise... That was cool to see the Little Prince out of his Book & into a new adventure.
I watch your channel a lot and was totally shocked when you said you had never bought a high quality color book. I've only just begun to use colored pencils but purchased the Prismacolors 120 & Polychromos 60. Bought a cheap grey scale color fell in love with the pics but using yellow over greyed muddied and ruined the pic. Upgraded to K. Basfords and was shocked at the difference. Last week I just got my delivery of 2 Maria Trolle books from overseas and am blown away. Shocks me that as a more seasoned artist that you weren't even curious to see what was "out there!" Your new color book is beautiful ! Ya need to find a translator online! Watch when you buy. Books from overseas may not be the same as Amazon due to paper quality when America reproduces it !
I do have some high quality coloring books. The ones I have are much easier to acquire and not as expensive as this one. The other one I value as much as this one is the Klara Markova book I was able to get. Then a lovely subscriber sent me another copy which was so sweet. I’ve become quite the paper “snob” and have come away from coloring in Amazon printed books. I’ll usually print those on my own paper.

Do you think you could use washi tape for her dress? It would take some doing, but you can color over some of the matte washi tapes so it could just blend in to the rest of the picture. Just a thought....
