Uhhhhhh, I don’t mean to be negative on your site, HOWEVER, the fact that you simply BRUSHED OVER the fact that there is MERELY a “TRAP DOOR” In one of the bedrooms to access ALL of the utilities, is a MAJOR NEGATIVE on this house. If it is still for sale, this issue MUST be addressed. Additionally, the use of the word, “little” to describe details of the property is EXTREMELY ANNOYING!
It’s way overpriced for not having a basement . This place would need another $300,000 just to update and dig a basement and to update it. Nothing is said how much land and if there is a purposeless hoa. Which in my opinion are worthless lazy organization that just wants to get rich off others. I’ve never know a hoa being worth what they try to Rob owners for . Restrictions are enough without others saying if you can own a dog or horse. You should drop the price to get anyone interested in it and where the heck is Germaine lake?

Hi Marilyn - this cabin on Little St Germain Lake sold in August 2020 for $309,500. No HOA here:)
