    semolina..:-1 cup
    chickpea flour. :- 1/2 cup
    oil :- 2 tbsp
    mustard seeds :- 1 tbsp
    ginger. :- 1 tbsp
    green chilli :- 1 tbsp
    curd :- 1/2 cup
    water. :- 2 cup
    salt. :- as per taste
    baking powder. :- 1/2 tsp
    for stuffing
    oil :- 2 tbsp
    cumin seeds :- 1tsp
    green chilli :- 1 tbsp
    ginger. :- 1 tbsp
    cabbage :- 1/2 cup
    carrot. :- 3 tbsp
    capcicum. :- 3 tbsp
    onion. :- 1 nos chopped
    tomato. :- 3 tbsp
    paneer. :- 1 cup
    salt as per taste
    tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
    sewchwan sauce :- 2 tbsp
