My question is based on One Case study ..
Actually one of my friends father died naturally . He worked in one of State government university from last 27yr on Fixed mode not an regular employee in that organisation but in 2019 he was turn to Government or in regular mode after working 27 yr on same organisation but after working 2 month as an government employees and he died .
As per government rule , job will offer by government to his spouse or son in that case. But when his wife apply for this benefit this government organisations says Government ki taraf se ADDHYADESH Aaya hai ki atleast 3year aapko as an government job krni hogyi for using this benefit after died .
My question is sir what will u suggest for her?
My stand is an man serving any organisation from last 28yr no matter he on fixed or regular manner must be eligible to avail this benefit..
Here in entire paragraph regular means as an government employees .
