I think bom has a special type of voice and some songs suit her better than others. Her voice isn't for everyone I guess, but she's one of my favorite kpop singers actually.
Bom as such a beautifully unique voice it's a shame that she doesn't have such a wide range or she would definatly be considered one of the world's best singers. However she rates number 1 with the most unique voice...at least on my list.

No, she doesn't have a wide range. She has a lot of trouble sometimes with hitting the high notes, she doesn't have very strong vocal control over her voice. It's hard for her. But her voice is extremely unique which is why I and others I know love to listen to her.
