Cannoneer is not as good anymore because decks built to counter dagger duchess also counter cannoneer. For now, if you play defensive go for princess tower, the extra HP gets you through tie breaker. Beat down or bridge spam decks just choose dagger duchess and try not to respond to non-3 crowning attacks.
should i max out the cannoneer? my deck is evo Mortar,evo knight, muski, skellies, espirit, rocket,log,nado. also do i need to make any changes to this deck?
Legendary just means that card does something special. Prince counters gob machine for example. Cost is usually what defines strength but tower cards are free hence it only leaves the special part of it.
@@synxedits25well dagger duchess still is very good as it has 57% use rate on top ladder and princess has 37% use rate and cannoneer is one of those low use rate and high win rate stuff, cannoneer is actually very good but it has to pair well with a deck it has the highest win rate of them all with 53%

I use Cannoneer for fun, but honestly tower troops should've never been added.
